A publication that grades evidence has to grade its own mistakes by the same standard. This page is our permanent, public correction history.
The policy
What gets corrected, and how
A material error is anything that changes a reality state, an evidence basis, a published number, a verdict or grade, or the practical takeaway a reader would act on. Typo-class mistakes get fixed quietly; material errors never do.
Every material error is corrected:
- Publicly — never a silent edit.
- Timestamped — you can see when we learned better.
- Explained — what was wrong, what is right, and how it happened.
- Within 72 hours of confirming the error.
The correction lands where the error lives: on the post itself where readers found it, and in every archive copy — the archive is where knowledge compounds, so the archive is never left wrong. A named Editor role inside aidesignco is accountable for every correction on this page.
Every published claim carries its Reality Ledger record — its reality state, and how we know. If you spot something we got wrong, tell us through the contact form — we'd rather hear it from you than not at all.

We don't expect it to stay empty forever. We track our correction rate as a brand measure, and our own playbook says a zero at scale is a smell, not a triumph. When the first correction happens, it will appear here — timestamped and explained.
