Privacy
Last updated 13 July 2026.
This policy is written to be accurate rather than impressive. It describes what actually happens to data on aidesignco.com, including the parts most privacy pages gloss over.
Who operates this site
aidesignco.com is operated by aidesignco, an independent design media company. Formal legal-entity registration is in progress; until it completes, "aidesignco" here means the operating publication. You can reach the operator through the contact form.
What we collect, and why
- Newsletter signup: your email address, plus the page you signed up from and the signup time. Purpose: sending you the newsletter. Nothing else.
- Contact form: your name, email, optional company, and message. Purpose: replying to you and conducting the business you contacted us about.
- Connection data: like any website, our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser information) to serve pages and protect against abuse.
We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts, and we do not sell or share personal information for marketing.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this site (Workers) and stores form and newsletter data in its D1 database service. Our forms — newsletter signup and contact — are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser and behavioral signals to distinguish people from bots. That is a form of automated signal evaluation — we won't call it "no tracking," because Turnstile does examine characteristics of your browser session to make its decision. Its use is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Telegram relays a copy of contact-form and newsletter submissions to a company-controlled account, so we see them promptly. Those messages transit Telegram's infrastructure under Telegram's privacy policy.
- Company hardware: our database, including form and subscriber data, is mirrored to company-controlled equipment for operations and backup.
Retention and deletion
- Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed for the correspondence and any business it leads to, then deleted.
To have your data deleted — a newsletter address, a past enquiry, or an email thread — ask through the contact form and we will remove it from our database, its mirror, and the Telegram relay copies we control.
Honesty notes
This policy has not yet had professional legal review; that review is planned, and this page will be updated with dated notes as it completes. If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
